Double sim the rest of the way?
Five sims per day?
I'm leaning towards 5 per. That should be fun. Then we could single or double the playoffs.

I'm just thinking if we know it's done there's no sense in prolonging it. No one really changes lines or goalies other than Helsinki so throwing fives sims together at once doesn't matter.
I want to cap it off after the playoffs by slapping some international teams together and simming a season in a day or two. We can see how Canada's Olympic team stacks up in the sim.

Just a thought, but would the workload be considerably lessened if we just matched our season to the NHL season? It would mean our seasons would go at half the speed and we'd only have one IHL season per NHL season, as opposed to two. Free agency would only occur once a season- usually in the non-busy summer months.

Just give Prague the cup and be done with it?

Just give Prague the cup and be done with it? I second this. Give the cup to Ed!

Free agency would only occur once a season- usually in the non-busy summer months. Yeah, it would be less. Still a lot though. We went with two seasons per calendar year to keep it more interesting but even then it's grown tiring. With the level of interest, it's not worth it for Jon Milley to spend hours and hours to do the ratings, or myself to sim and do everything else. Steven has a couple leagues for anyone wanting to keep going with FHL. Five sims per day starting tomorrow. This should be interesting. I'd love to see Prague or Davos hoist it to cap things off.

Figures, my team becomes an unstoppable juggernaut and everyone decides to stop caring. These two facts may be related...
Also, Boston is tied with Prague for 1st overall and wins on goal differential. So nyah nyah.

BTW, I was monkeying around and put together Team Canada's Olympic roster and simmed a 60 game season for them. No one was above a point per game and they finished six games over .500 and lost in the first round.

Hey... I've been following the goings on with this and the other thread and I wanted to pipe up.....
I know I don't send lines in... but thats because I can't get the thing to work..... I've still stayed active in trade talks and the such....
Aside from that I get that it's tiring for you.... so I totally accept whatever you wanna do..... Thanks for the fun....

Already allowed 104 goals. Staal leads the league for goals, Spacek for assists.
