Thanks to everyone who participated in the league and made it enjoyable over these last few years. I think it's a good time to bring it to an end and congrats to Boston for winning the Cup this season. As most of you are Habs fans, I'll see you on the message board. You can start by joining this playoff pool... 2minutes.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=FHL&action=display&thread=7082&page=1

Thanks a lot for all the hard work darren, it'll be weird not checking on this anymore haha...
Thanks to everybody else as well, was a lot of fun and pretty educational in terms of the in depth scouting required for trades and such...
Just keep in mind, Prague was about to go dynasty on you all, I'm thinking 6 or 7 years hoisting it in a row, so good thing we shut it down, would have been awful boring for most of you anyways.

Shutting it down just when I was finally going to get a shot at a top draft pick ;D Oh well I guess I just have to settle for those two cups. Thanks for all of the efforts, Darren, Matt, Nathan, Jon and everybody else who made this such a fun league. Your efforts were appreciated. The end of an era. Thanks for keeping this league going for so long guys. It was always a blast even when I barely had time to participate.

So who was around for all 12 seasons? I count New York, Stockholm, Prague and Bern/Davos.
Beyond those four, Nathan took over Chicago close to the beginning and Sheldon has been a mainstay with Alberta since close to the start too.
Chris originally had Helsinki but came back as Toronto recently. Ludo was the man in Paris for a long time and Craig took Moscow through nearly 11 seasons. Rob took Montreal in season 3 or 4 I think... Alex led Detroit for quite a while too and same for Jon in Boston. The two expansion teams that stuck around also had stable situations.
So all in all it was pretty solid around here. Maybe that contributed to the lack of movement after we all got settled in with our guys, but it's been good being able to chat with the same people.
For worst GM of all-time I've got to vote for the guy who had Vancouver for a while. I managed to snatch Nicklas Backtsrom and Erik Johnson off him in one deal. haha

It's been fun, boys. Thanks to everybody who kept this league going.
I'll always regret the day I traded Patrick Kane (or the pick that turned out to be him) for Alexander Frolov.
NOW can we all agree on something here.... GO HABS GO!

Thanks to everyone for making this league as enjoyable as it was. And thanks to Rob for giving me Kane for next to nothing.
All the best to everybody in the future.
